The How and Why Diary of Gypsea Knots

The How and Why Diary of Gypsea Knots

Passionflower is it tendril bearing vine with a diversity of leaf shapes. It's infringed petals and tendrils speak the silent language of the flowers. I chanced upon an opportunity to click this photo, while tending  to my plants. The column on which I had planted this vine had always been ignored by me, but that one day my eyes rested upon its awareness and it spoke a 1000 words. "Plants are rooted in their being" (Eckhart Tolle). The leaf was dead and falling and the plant had extended its nodules to form a Knot and bond with it. Without giving up it kept holding and nurturing the shriveled up leaf until it was time to let go. The humble nature and its profound simplicity. I tuned into the stillness of the moment my gaze never leaving the Nature's Knot. The Knot/Bond became one with me as every day I started to scout the column for more.
Minae and I are soul sisters. We met years ago and bonded immediately.  She is from South Korea and I am from India. There was an immediate Soul connect between us. Something about her was deja vu. I felt I had known her all my life. My love for picturesque South Korea and its artistic heritage and her insatiable love and curiosity for India was a match of friendship made in heaven. We bonded over our love for nature and its natural habitat. She taught me every thing untapped about South Korea while I failed to catch up with her thirst for Incredible India.
Meals at her place were always Korean and at my place always Indian. We dived into the why of everything Indian and everything Korean and one day we decided to Travel our Talks. We adopted the pace of nature and kept going. The vigour and energy of our travel memories brought life to Gypsea Knots.
We wanted people to let the reins of their minds run free, break away from the hustle and bustle of stressful life and be like gypsies. We wanted them to travel and form bonds across the seas like we had done. We wanted to navigate their travel experience whereby one day they would thank themselves for the memories they created to cherish forever.
